“Printer” menu.

And then to confirm the cancellation, click
“Yes”.
Now, all the
documents will be cancelled to be print, after finishing the printing of the
current page.
7.
Now, try to print the windows test page, after
reinserting the data cables.
Note: Ensure that all jobs are cleared, if more
than one PC is using the printer for printing the page.
